Phase 1: An Assessment and Alignment
We start by understanding your organization. Your team structure, your current technical capabilities, your production backlog, and the AI use cases that matter most to your business.
Every engagement is scoped around outcomes that are specific, measurable, and aligned to real engineering and business impact.

Phase 2: Building the First Wave
We select and train 15 to 20 of your strongest technical leaders through an intensive, project-based program focused on real systems, practical AI implementation, and hands-on development.
Participants work on meaningful use cases while building the skills needed to lead AI initiatives inside your organization.

Phase 3: Scaling Through Your People
The STRIKE team is trained to train others. They become leaders of your internal AI learning community, able to onboard engineers, evaluate use cases, and sustain development velocity.
This first cohort becomes your STRIKE team of internal AI champions who anchor your organization’s AI capability going forward.
